Check-in & checkout
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Self check-in is available through the smart lock, with access details sent before arrival.
Departure is intentionally simple: gather your belongings, double-check drawers and chargers, and lock the door behind you.
House fit
The cottage has steps at both entrances. The primary bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, and the downstairs queen bedroom has one small step down to enter.
Maximum occupancy is six guests.
Neighborhood comfort
The cottage is in a residential Old Town neighborhood. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, especially outside.
Parties and events are not part of the stay.
Smoking & pets
The cottage is smoke-free inside and outside. Pets are not allowed so we can keep the home comfortable for guests with sensitivities.
Cancellation
Direct bookings receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 5 full days before check-in. Within 5 days of check-in, 50% of the nightly rate for canceled nights is refunded, and the cleaning fee is refunded if the stay has not begun. Non-refundable payment processing fees may be withheld.
